Important Legal Agreements - Terms of Service


Host Material provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. Host Material Provides Shared, Reseller, VPS, Dedicated, Domain Cloud Hosting Plans All clients of Host Material are subject to the following terms of service & FUP Policy. The following Terms of Use apply to ALL Host Material customers. This Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between HostMaterial.com (HostMaterial) and the person or entity (“you” or “your”) on whose behalf this Agreement is executed.

Illegal Use

Host Material services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

Spamming

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to Host Material's customers. Host Material reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.

System and Network Abuse

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks; interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

Viruses and Other Destructive Activities

Use of Host Material's services or equipment for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited.

Pornography

The use of Host Material's services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available any type of pornography is prohibited. Host Material as required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through its services.

Uptime Guarantee

We will strive our best to offer 99.9% Network and server Uptime. We will attempt to provide the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for as long as you have paid for them. Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, the services may be unavailable to you. You must recognize and acknowledge that due to the nature of web hosting technology, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided. Sometimes there are equipment malfunctions. At other times we undertake periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other occurrences. We have not promised to provide you with uninterrupted service.

Actions Taken by Host Material

The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the TOU is grounds for account deactivation. Host Material will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. Host Material reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice and to refuse service to anyone at any time. Depending on the severity of the violation, Host Material may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Host Material will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. Host Material does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. Host Material customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Host Material from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party.

Payment

Host Material reserves the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. Host Material shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to disruption of services.

IRC

Host Material does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-Commerce customers.

Anti Piracy

Host Material's Web Hosting and E-Commerce accounts should not be used to distribute illegal or pirated software and/or multimedia products. The Host Material service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Host Material and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Refundable: Not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in this policy, there are no refunds for all products or services of the Company.
  2. Cancellation: You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel at any time. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges occurred prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the services already purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
  3. There will be no Refunds for Domain Registration,Renewals,Domain Transfers.
  4. There will be no Refunds for Hosting Addons(Dedicated IP)/License Renewals and Hosting Renewals
  5. There will be no Refunds for Services/Hosting Packages which includes Free Billing Software (Blesta/WHMCS) As we need to pay for License to Concerned Vendors.
  6. There will be no Refunds for Malwares/Phising/Spamming Related Issues
  7. There will be no Refunds if the customer Requested for Migration of service from other servers as it will have some admin works to perform the migration task.
  8. There will be no Refunds if the customer Violated our Terms of service/FUP Policy
  9. VPS Servers,Dedicated Servers,License's and Bulk SMS Does not Eligible for Refunds All sales are final
  10. Host Material reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice incase of any FUP/TOS Violation's.Misbehavior with our Support Staff Over any Medium like Whatsapp,Livechat,Support tickets or any other communication like talking abusive words/bad words will Result in Service Suspension/Termination/Cancellation.No Refund will be Offered. Customer need to Pay Penalty to get their Data'S Backup if needed

Billing and Payment Information

At this time we offer Monthly,Quaterly,Semi-Annually,Annually,Bi-Annually According to the Hosting Plans.We do not offer our Customers any Moneyback Gurantee So you can use the service at risk free.

The cron timing will be on 2:00 AM As per the IST Its the cron time the invoice generation,Service Cancellation,Suspension,Termination,Late Fee Addition will be Done

We accept Paypal | Credit/Debit Cards International | Indian Cards,Netbanking,IMPS,UPI,RTGS,NEFT.There is no Minimum Contract Periods for any plans.


Incase of any Paypal Dispute Raised by an customer the payment you have made on the invoice will be reversed.The service will be suspended.You can contact our Support before opening an dispute to resolve your issue smoothly Incase of any Data loss due to service suspension/termination in Paypal Dispute cases we are not responsible !

  1. Prepayment: It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, at our sole discretion, payments may be applied to outstanding invoices in your billing account.
  2. Autorenewal: Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify us of your desire to cancel the Services, you may be billed, but we are not obligated to bill you, on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.
  3. Advance Account:If you maintain a credit balance, we will deduct from the credit balance when you purchase products or services from us. If the credit balance is insufficient for processing the order the order may not be processed. Any negative balance in the Advance Account will become immediately payable. If you do not correct a negative balance in your account within 24 hours, we reserve the right to terminate the Services with immediate effect and without any notice.
  4. Domain Renewals: You can manage domain renewals in your control panel. Domain renewal notices are provided as a courtesy reminder and we are not responsible for any failure to renew a domain or failure to notify about a domain renewal. No refunds will be given once a domain is renewed.
  5. FraudIt is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. We may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies

  7. Price Change:The Company reserves the right to change prices, the monthly payment amount, or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (45) days’ notice before charging you with any price change. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by us through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by us.
  8. Cancellation Process:You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
  9. Termination :We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due; (ii) you violate this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm the Company or others or cause the Company or others to incur liability, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or (iv) as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, we will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, the Company may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term.


  10. UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA MAY BE DELETED. CPU, Bandwidth and Disk Usage Permitted CPU and Disk Usage. Shared hosting space may only be used for web files, active email and content of User Websites. Shared hosting space may not be used for storage (whether of media, emails, or other data), including, as offsite storage of electronic files, email or FTP hosts. We expressly reserve the right to review every shared account for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources that may be caused by a violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate access to the Services or remove or delete User Content for those accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions and other policies. Dedicated and VPS usage will be limited by the resources allocated to the specific plan that you purchase. Bandwidth Usage. Bandwidth usage is unmetered (i.e., not monitored) for shared hosting services only. Bandwidth usage for dedicated, reseller and VPS services are subject to the terms and limitations of the plan you purchased which are available in your control panel.

Late Payments

All service renewal bills are generated according to the dates they were first activated on. As per the System settings The service will be suspended on the 5th day from the due date and terminated on 8th day from the due date.Late Fee of 3$ Will be added to your invoice incase if you didn't made the payment before the Suspension.The late fee should be paid by you to get your service re-activated.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Examples of unacceptable material include: IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers, Pirated Software, Warez, image hosting only sites that do not host an actual domain/normal website content, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP), Bank Debentures ,Livechat/Chat Scripts,Download sites(Pirated softwares), Bank Debenture Trading Programs, and Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds, rpg's, hate sites,Facebook Bots,Instagram bots (Social Networking Related Bots), hacker focused sites/DDOS Programs/archives/programs,testing environments (Storing your Website Projects), sites promoting illegal activities,Flash Games or Online Gaming Sites,Movie's,MP3 Songs,File hosting. No refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that in our judgment that is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. No refunds will be given. In case of any Website/Reseller/Master/Alpha Reseller using High Resource/Usage or which is not suitable for our Environment We have rights to Cancel those orders
All the Shared Environment Plans are only for Average Usage,You need to consider Upgrading your Plans as per the Websites Usage.

You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party softwares in connection with your use of our services. Host Material reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when Host Material decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita). Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be terminated immediately without notice. We will also report this to the appropriate authorities. No refunds will be given.

You are not allowed to create hosting with free domains like .tk .ga .ml .cf and other free domains.The numbers of abuse cases are increased with the use of free domains.If you want to host free domain you need to get approval from our abuse/security team

Hosting Courier Site's are not allowed under our server.If hosted and notified by our Team We will suspend it.For unsuspension client he/she should send us the Company Registration proof,Identity Proof Provided by the Government After verification we will unsuspend the account. Failure of providing proof within the timeframe will held in service cancellation and no refunds

Every cPanel will be allocated with 100% CPU,RAM : Upto 1GB,IO & IOPS : Upto 1 GB.In Shared environment the sites should maintain the resource under the limit and MySQL query timing should not take long to process.If any accounts using morethan the fair usage policy will be suspended and we can give single IP Address access for optimization and no Refund will be given

Uptime The uptime of a server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system of the server which may differ from the uptime reported by individual services.Host Material cannot 100% gaurantee the uptime status of any server for many factors which may include but not limited to updates to software, malicious or intentional activities, hardware failure, acts of God defined as conditions beyond our (Host Material and/or our vendors that provide equipement or services to us) control that interupts services at a facility.

Websites/Servers Down Due to Firewall IP Block Caused by Failed Login Attempts/Excess number of connections from Particular IP are not covered under the Uptime gurantee.

Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by Host Material or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. Host Material is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.

Host Material will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services.

Mailing Policy and Limits: Sending Bulk mails are not allowed on our server,Per cPanel account can send 150 Mails Per Hour.If any accounts seems to be spamming it will be suspended with or without any notice.Doing Bulk Mails needs VPS/Dedicated Servers for your Purpose.There will be no refund offered incase of any spamming issue caused due to your services's

Resellers: we will suspend the site in question and will notify you so you may terminate the account. We will further monitor your activity; more than one infraction of this type may result in the immediate termination of your account. No refunds will be given.

Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. No refunds will be given.

It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible.

Domain Registration

It is a responsibility of the client to verify the domain registration is successful or not, rarely under unfortunate circumstances domain registration may not happen due to software error or network error or any other unknown technical reasons. If there is any issue in domain registration, client should get back to Host Material within 7 working days. Client should update the support team by writing Email to support@hostmaterial.com to rectify the problem. HostMaterial accepts no liability for the loss of any domain that has failed to register due to an invalid/insufficient information provided to us, late payments received or technical faults which are beyond our control.

Domain Renewal

Domain renewal notices are provided as a courtesy reminder and HostMaterial is not responsible for a failure to renew a domain or a failure to notify a customer about a domain’s renewal. It is a responsibility of the client to verify the domain renewal is successful or not, rarely under unfortunate circumstances domain renewal may not happen due to software error or network error or any other unknown technical reasons. If there is any issue in domain renewal, client should get back to HostMaterial within 7 working days. Client should update the support team by writing Email to support@HostMaterial.com to rectify the problem. Host Material accepts no liability for the loss of registration of any Domain that has failed to be renewed due to an invalid email address provided to us, late payments received or technical faults which are beyond our control.

Shared Hosting

Shared Hosting Packages You are not allowed to use the hosting for Backup Storage,File Hosting/File Sharing/Image Hosting,You are not allowed to Store any Personal Zip files or backup of your files as an Zip in the server.The hosting should contains only the Files used by the Website scripts.

In Shared/Reseller/Master/Alpha Environment You are not allowed to Keep Mails more than 2 GB of space per cPanel.If you need space for Email You can upgrade your account to Email Hosting Plans GSuite or VPS

Reseller Client Responsibility

Reseller clients of Host Material are responsible for supporting their clients.Host Material do offer only limited support for Resellers Clients. If a Resellers client contacts us, we reserve the right to place the client account on hold until the Reseller can assume their responsibility for their client. All support requests must be made by the Reseller on their clients behalf for security purposes. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients. Host Material will hold any reseller responsible for any of their clients actions that violate the law or Host Material Terms of Service / FUP Policies / .If any Reseller account involved in doing Resource abuse or Unacceptable content abuse's Host Material has rights to block the total Reseller since the accounts should maintain under the fair usage policy.Reseller's are responsible for their clients how the accounts are being hosted.


Dedicated Servers

Host Material reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for their dedicated server on file to prevent downtime from forced password resets. Host Material reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by us and it is the responsibility of the client to maintain backups or have a solution for this. You may purchase an additional hard drive and maintain backups to it as the most simple solution. Please contact sales@hostmaterial.com. if you wish to obtain a secondary hard drive. It is your responsibility to maintain backups.

Providing Free hosting is not allowed for any Reseller's/Master/Alpha Reseller's.If provided the account will be Suspended and no refunds will be given. We will be terminating all the account under the WHM

Zero Tolerance Spam

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.Sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. This provision includes, but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups. No organization or entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.Host Material reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

User may not: a) Use 20% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP,MySQL etc. b) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD. c) Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers. d) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network. e) Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You may link to legal torrents off-site, but may not host or store them on our shared servers. f) Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities g) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc h) Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes. i) When using PHP include functions for including a local file, include the local file rather than the URL. Instead of include("http://yourdomain.com/include.php") use include("include.php") j) Any accounts that is created without updating the nameserver or with out a DNS records Pointing to our servers will be removed with or without Notice.

Shared Environment

Shared Hosting,Reseller Hosting,Master Reseller & Alpha Reseller Hosting Plans Customers should run their/their clients Websites As per the Policies Defined.All your sites will be hosted in Shared Environment so every cPanel you are hosted will have only limited Resource Allocated.We have rights to suspend/terminate the cPanel/Account in question with/without Notice which is involved in Resource Abuses like CPU,RAM,MYSQL,IO,IOPS,EP

As its an Shared Environment Other Websites/Reseller's Clients websites will also be hosted on the server so if any domains/account Violating the FUP/TOS/CPU Resources We will Suspend/Block the HTTP Access of the site in question with/without notice to stablize the Server

You can able to host only average Traffic Websites in shared Environment in shared environment.incase of any High Traffic sites you should consider hiring an VPS/Dedicated Servers as per your website requirement

Backups and Data Loss

Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other occurrences. We have not promised to provide you with uninterrupted service.

Your use of this service is at your sole risk, and NO WAY GUARANTEED! Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. Host Material does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data. Always backup your site contents to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Host Material servers.

BACKUP RESTORE The backup restore service are not included in your Hosting Fees and hence there will be some Restoration fee for any restoration requested in any event if you want us to restore your webiste from our weekly backup respository. The admin fees & Bandwidth charges are payable immediately and are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee the integrity of the backup on our weekly backup repository. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Host Material.

Inodes

The use of more than 2,50,000 Inodes on UNLIMITED Plan and 100000 inodes on UNLIMITED plan or any shared account may potentially result in a warning first, and if no action is taken future suspension. Accounts found to be exceeding the 100,000 inode limit will automatically be removed from our backup system to avoid over-usage. Every file (a webpage, image file, email, etc) on your account uses up 1 inode. Sites that slightly exceed our inode limits are unlikely to be suspended; however, accounts that constantly create and delete large numbers of files on a regular basis, have hundreds of thousands of files, or cause file system damage may be flagged for review and/or suspension. The primary cause of excessive inodes seems to be due to users leaving their catchall address enabled, but never checking their primary account mailbox. Over time, tens of thousands of messages (or more) build up, eventually pushing the account past our inode limit. To disable your default mailbox, login to cPanel and choose "Mail", then "Default Address", "Set Default Address", and then type in: :fail: No such user here.

Unlimited

We require our customers to be strictly compliant with the terms and conditions of Host Material and request you not violate it. As per terms and conditions we do not allow disk space for single user more then 10 GB per cpanel account.

In order to make sure that we are providing all our customers with optimum service, we require the customers to be compliant with our terms and conditions. We may put a constraint on the customers not complying to the laid usage terms and conditions.

Unlimited Hosting for fare use. As you are aware that, you cannot buy a disk with unlimited space from anywhere. But we are committed to provide you unlimited. We do not setup any limitations on your account but we are requested to use the resources fairly. We provide unlimited Space, Unlimited Emails, Unlimited Bandwidth, Unlimited Websites, Unlimited Databases, Unlimited Subdomains etc. Yes, we provide unlimited everything, but you should maintain our Terms of Service.

  1. You cannot use your space as a backup space. As a shared hosting customer, you are not able to keep your backup in your space. You must download your backup using FTP.
  2. We strongly avoid video and file hosting services. You cannot use your shared hosting space as a file or video hosting. If you need so, you must use embedded video through YouTube or your can use Google Drive for file service.
  3. We provide unlimited email service, but limited to 100 emails per hour. It’s mean you cannot send more that 100 emails per hour.
  4. Sending a large size of files through email is still prohibited.

  6. We provide unlimited bandwidth to everyone. Actually it is depend on many cases. Some of our clients have more that 1,00,000 visitors per month and their websites are running well, other hand some of our clients got 40,000 visitors per month and having problem with resource. It depends on many factors: like how many scripts you running, or your page size or multimedia using etc. If you keep your website simple and use less scripts at same time then it is okay. But if you running more scripts at same time then it will cause problem of bandwidth. Actually a shared hosting is okay with small and medium size websites. If you receiving more visitors you should move to a VPS Hosting for better performance!
  7. We don’t limit your account to running websites. You can use unlimited websites. But as a shared cloud hosting there is a limit. As our goodwill we never forced you to stop using websites but if you think you need to run a lot of websites under a same account then please move to a VPS Hosting or Dedicated Server.
  8. You can use unlimited numbers of database if you want. But there is many databases which is not using, or you create for just a test. In this cases it would be better if you delete those unused databases from your account. This will improve your performance and our server performance also.

Use the unlimited service but please remember, this is a Shared,Reseller, VPS, Dedicated, Cloud hosting and there is no hard drive available with unlimited spaces. So if you use it as per our TOS then you can use true unlimited hosting.

Unmanaged Service

If You have chosen a service that is unmanaged, Our support will be limited to resolving issues with Our servers or networks. We will not help with installation, configuration, or troubleshooting of any third-party scripts or software that do not pertain to the management of Our servers or networks.

Coupons/Discounts

Discounts and coupon codes are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers only and may not be used towards the purchase of a domain registration unless otherwise specified. If you have signed up using a particular domain, you may not resign up for that domain using another coupon at a later date. Any account found in violation of these policies will be reviewed by our sales department and the appropriate invoices will be added to the account. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

License

Any Software License purchased from Host Material Should be used only on our Servers.Using of License in another server which does not belongs to Host Material Will lead to License suspension/termination and No Refunds will be offered.
All the WHMCS License offered by us should be used only on our servers.As per the WHMCS Agreement we are not allowed to sell/give license to other servers.Incase of violation license will be cancelled and no refunds will be given Free WHMCS License must be used only on our servers incase of violation the free license will be subjected to cancellation and no refunds for the orders

Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of India shall govern this agreement.

Host Material disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
